New Appointments at Zagreb Brewery

Alina Ružić has taken over the position of Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs for Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina at Zagreb Brewery, while Diana Jokić has become the Manager of Corporate Affairs for Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina with her new appointment.

Zagreb Brewery, one of the top three employers in Croatia, confirms the quality of its continuous development and human resource management system with these appointments, the company stated.

Alina Ružić has advanced to her new position from the role of Senior Manager of Legal Affairs and Public Relations for Croatia. The new area of responsibility for Alina Ružić as Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs for Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina includes regional responsibility for the mentioned countries, namely the organization, coordination, control, and representation of the entire business related to legal and corporate affairs as well as internal and external procedures and communication. Ružić joined the Zagreb Brewery team as a Legal Affairs Manager in 2013, transitioning from Coca-Cola HBC Croatia.

Diana Jokić’s new responsibilities as Manager of Corporate Affairs for Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina include coordinating and implementing the communication strategy for social responsibility and activities with all internal and external stakeholders. She will also handle tasks related to the development and implementation of programs that promote responsible beer consumption, aiming to encourage moderate beer consumption and educate the public, as well as projects in the field of environmental protection.

Jokić became part of the Zagreb Brewery team in 2014 as a Marketing Manager for Events and Sponsorships, where she gained experience and knowledge in establishing strategic frameworks for sponsorships. In 2016, Diana transitioned from the position of Sales Event Manager for Ožujsko beer to the position of Manager for Brand Experiences and Sponsorships.
