The Supervisory Board of Zvijezda on Wednesday appointed Tihomir Adam, the current member of the Management Board, as the CEO of the company, replacing Krešimir Lokas, who resigned to join Agrokor d.d. as the Executive Director for Controlling and Consolidation of the Food Group, as announced by Zvijezda via the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
According to the announcement, the former CEO of Zvijezda, Krešimir Lokas, is moving to Agrokor d.d. to take the position of Executive Director for Controlling and Consolidation of the Food Group, where he will be responsible for all Agrokor’s food companies in Croatia and the region.

Lokas completed a Specialist Master’s degree in the MBA program, Finance and Accounting at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, and worked in various positions within the controlling sector at Zvijezda from 2010 until February 2017, when he was appointed CEO.
Tihomir Adam, the current member of the Management Board, has been appointed as the new CEO.
Tihomir Adam graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb and began his professional career in 1982 at the Zagreb company Jedinstvo, where he held various positions from designer in the research and development center, engineering director to company representative in Moscow. In 1999, Adam moved to Ingra as its project manager for Russia, and from 2001 to 2007, he worked at Lura as the Director of Corporate Investments.
