The President of the Croatian Parliament, Gordan Jandroković, will be on a two-day official visit to Serbia on Wednesday and Thursday, continuing the political dialogue between the two countries following the recent visit of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić to Croatia. This is the first official visit of a Speaker of the Parliament to Serbia, according to Jandroković’s office.
On Wednesday, the Speaker will meet with his colleague, the President of the Parliament, Maja Gojković, and will participate in the opening of the Croatian Chamber of Economy Office in Belgrade.

On Thursday morning, Jandroković is expected to meet with Vučić and Prime Minister Ana Brnabić, and then in the afternoon he will meet with representatives of the Croatian community in Serbia, the Croatian National Council, in Subotica.
The visit of Serbian President Vučić, who was in Zagreb in February this year at the invitation of President Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, has already resulted in meetings of relevant ministries related to resolving open issues, as well as meetings of working bodies to address missing persons, minority committees, and trade cooperation committees. In this regard, the official visit of the Speaker of the Parliament is a continuation of the political dialogue at the highest level, the statement notes.
