At the general assembly of Rijeka’s Jadroagent, it was decided that part of last year’s net profit of 5.35 million kuna will cover the paid gross advance dividend of 3.32 million kuna, while the remainder will go to retained earnings, the company announced.
This decision is based on the Supervisory Board’s resolution from January 4 of this year regarding the payment of a dividend of 30 kuna per share. The remainder of the net profit for 2017, amounting to 2.03 million kuna, will be allocated to retained earnings.

Shareholders also voted to pay the remainder of the dividend from the remaining retained earnings generated in the period from 2005 to 2011, amounting to 6.8 million kuna.
The remainder of the dividend in the net amount of 61.49 kuna per share will be paid to shareholders who are registered in the Central Clearing Depository on April 16, 2018. The first trading day on the Zagreb Stock Exchange without the right to dividend is April 13, 2018, and the claim for dividend payment is due on April 23.
