Marko Jurčić has been relieved of his position as economic advisor to the President of the Republic of Croatia, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, but at the same time, he has been appointed her special economic advisor, which means he will now perform this job on a voluntary basis.
The reason for this renaming is that Jurčić left his job at Pantovčak at the beginning of this month and took a position as an advisor to the president of HGK. Jurčić will also continue to coordinate the Council for Economic Issues of the President of the Republic of Croatia.

This Council brings together a team of experts to discuss specific issues in economic policy for the purpose of preparing appropriate foundations and analyses, as well as providing strategic platforms to address key issues of economic development.
