The Commercial Court in Zagreb has decided to extend the extraordinary administration procedure over the debtor Agrokor and its dependent and related companies for an additional three months, counting from the deadline of April 10, 2018, it was announced by the Group.

The extension comes after Fabris Peruško, the extraordinary commissioner for Agrokor, proposed to the Commercial Court in Zagreb on Friday that the extraordinary administration procedure be extended for another three months, stating in the justification for the proposal that creditors need additional time to finalize the settlement text.

The proposal was submitted in accordance with Article 43, paragraph 2 of the Act on the Extraordinary Administration Procedure in Companies of Systemic Importance for the Republic of Croatia, it is noted in the announcement.
