The Management Board of the Center for Restructuring and Sale (CERP) has decided to initiate the process of selling shares of HTP Orebić through the Zagreb Stock Exchange, as well as the sale of shares and business interests in 17 companies through public bidding, CERP reported on Thursday.
Through a block transaction on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the sale of 110,609 ordinary shares of HTP Orebić will be organized, which represents 23.35 percent of the share in the equity capital, with a nominal value of 11.06 million kuna, as decided at the meeting of the CERP Management Board held on March 28.

As stated in the decision, in the public call, CERP will determine the minimum price per share, which cannot be lower than the average daily price on the Zagreb Stock Exchange before the announcement of the public call for collecting binding offers and the minimum quantity, in accordance with the Stock Exchange Trading Manual. The minimum size of the block transaction, namely, for shares amounts to 2 million kuna.
CERP reserves the right not to accept any binding offer and not to proceed with the conclusion of the block transaction, among other things stated in that decision. At the same time, shares and business interests in 17 companies will also be offered for sale through public bidding.

Thus, 10,019 shares of Zagreb’s Gramat-Loris will be offered, which represents 27.36 percent of the share in the equity capital, with a nominal value of 3.9 million kuna. After the sale, 0.64 percent of the share in that company would remain in state ownership, according to the decision of the CERP Management Board.
