Learn to Manage Your People and Adequately Direct Them Towards Achieving Organizational Goals

Building the desired organizational climate is a complex and long-term process, and managers play a significant role in this by influencing their employees through their leadership style. For managers to develop their style, it is first necessary for them to be aware of their personal leadership style, and then to develop that style through techniques and tools for managing other people.

Mirakul Educational Center has successfully completed three generations of participants in the Mini MBA – Executive Leadership program, which trains participants to build and motivate effective teams, solve strategic problems, and encourages the development of a personal leadership style so that they can build the desired organizational climate through influence techniques.

Currently, enrollment for the new fourth generation of participants in the Mini MBA – Executive Leadership program is underway, which starts on April 12, 2018, at the Aristos Hotel in Zagreb. So far, a large number of managers from leading Croatian companies have successfully completed the program, and what some of the previous participants say about the program can be read below.

– Regarding the MINI MBA Academy, I can only say words of praise. The topics were excellently covered. The program leader, Mrs. Jasminka Samardžija, took care of the quality of the lectures and made efforts to ensure that our lectures were as dynamic and attractive as possible. The instructors were excellent and well-prepared for the lectures, as was their accompanying material. The size of the group was optimal, allowing everyone to be equally active. My rating is 5+ and I hope you will have more such interesting seminars in the future that I will gladly join, said Zoran Škrobonja, Director of INA MAZIVA.

– I am immensely honored to have had the opportunity to attend the last module of the mini MBA, so this opportunity will likely result in my decision to attend the remaining modules next year, but that will be after the summer. Instructor knowledge rating: excellent (+) Content rating: excellent (+) Presentation skills rating: excellent (+). Mr. Premužak (which I publicly stated at the end of the lecture) is not only a pleasant surprise but to me, until now unknown, that a manager of such capacity led a public company in our market. Congratulations to you on your choice of partners! This is how all teachers, professors, and lecturers should look. I come from the financial sector and have quite a rich work experience, I have attended many business schools, international conferences, but I express every praise to you because you do not lag behind the international community if you are not better, said Tatjana Maček, Executive Director of Operations at Privredna banka Zagreb)

– The Mini MBA program is a short business module that I was looking for as an escape from the daily grind of work without spending too much time. Small groups, lots of interaction, and interesting instructors. The engagement of Jasminka Samardžija and the way she prepared for each is commendable. Also, the experiences of other instructors and participants are the most valuable part of such education for me, said Ana Vukelić, Director of Pandent.

– The experience of participating in the MINI MBA program contributed to my new knowledge in the field of management. The lectures were interesting and innovatively conceived with plenty of practical examples. The participants were individuals from various spheres of social activity, which was useful for exchanging experiences and expanding the business social network of contacts. I would recommend the education to individuals in responsible positions as an essential part of further education regarding leadership and management, said Marijan Alfonso Sesar, Director of the Silver Rehabilitation Center)

– I really liked the Mini MBA Academy because we had to analyze ourselves a lot, what we do well and what we can improve, and at the same time, we heard the experiences of very successful individuals. Each instructor shared their experiences, successes, and problems. Also, the other participants were very interesting, and a really nice chemistry was created in the team, said Māra Vītols – Hrgetić, Head of the Forum Congress Center.

Modules can also be enrolled individually, and all additional information about the program, instructors, and enrollment conditions can be found on the Mini MBA – Executive Leadership website.
