The management of Dalekovod production reported that on Wednesday afternoon, an extension of the collective agreement with the existing conditions was signed until December 31 of this year, and that some of the workers who were on strike are returning to their jobs.
Work activities in production resumed on Thursday, according to a statement from Dalekovod production.

The management notes that it maintains the position that the restructuring of the company is a necessity and that only the full implementation of the reorganization plan guarantees the company’s self-sustainability and preserves the jobs of employees with potential for future growth, which, it is stated, can only be achieved through cooperation between workers, social partners, and management to fulfill common goals.

Workers of Dalekovod production have been on strike since Tuesday, March 13, after unsuccessful negotiations with the newly appointed CEO Gordan Kolak regarding a new collective agreement, which reduces employee rights, and workers lose the supplement for work in the second shift, for seniority and overtime work, as well as the right to severance pay.
