Good Start to the Week on the Stock Exchange; Focus on Auto Hrvatska, Adris and Arena Hospitality Group

The main stock indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange started the week with an increase in value, with Crobex rising by 0.24 percent and Crobex10 by 0.46 percent, while trading was marked by a block trade of Auto Hrvatska shares amounting to 11.6 million kuna and million kuna trading in shares of Adris Group and Arena Hospitality Group.

Crobex closed trading on Monday at 1,847.61 points, while Crobex10 closed at 1,074.67 points.

The start of the week also brought more active stock trading, with regular trading in shares amounting to 9.95 million kuna, which is about 6.3 million kuna more than on Friday, while another 11.6 million kuna was achieved through a block transaction of Auto Hrvatska shares.

In the block, 16,617 shares of Auto Hrvatska were traded, which is about 2.77 percent of the company’s shares, at a price of 700 kuna.

This is also the highest price of Auto Hrvatska shares in regular trading, and it is 2.94 percent higher than at the end of last week. Regular trading in Auto Hrvatska shares amounted to 402.9 thousand kuna.

Call to the General Assembly of Auto Hrvatska

Auto Hrvatska today announced a call for the General Assembly, which will be held on April 26, where shareholders are proposed to allocate last year’s profit of the company, which amounted to 42 million kuna, to retained earnings, while a dividend of 22 kuna per share would be paid from retained earnings of previous years. Thus, a total of 12.9 million kuna would be paid for the dividend, and the payment will be made on May 31.

In regular trading, the most liquid were shares of Adris Group, with regular trading amounting to 2.6 million kuna and preferred shares to 1.04 million kuna. Adris shares are also larger liquid gainers, with regular shares increasing by 2.41 percent to 510 kuna, and preferred shares by 2.99 percent to 448 kuna.

Shares of Arena Hospitality Group also had million kuna trading today, amounting to 2.3 million kuna, and their price is up by 1.18 percent to 430 kuna.

HT shares’ price stagnates at 165.50 kuna, with trading amounting to 548.6 thousand kuna.

Valamar Riviera shares achieved a trading volume of 464 thousand kuna, and their price decreased by 1.66 percent to 41.40 kuna.

A larger liquid loser is Dalekovod shares with a price drop of 3.90 percent to 16 kuna, with trading of 431.3 thousand kuna.

An even larger price drop is recorded by FTB tourism shares, down by 4.62 percent to 1,860 kuna. This share achieved a trading volume of 91.7 thousand kuna.

In contrast, with a modest trading volume of only 1,800 kuna, the biggest gainer is Badel 1862 shares with a price increase of 11.80 percent to 18 kuna.
