By moving the clock forward by one hour on Sunday, March 25, Daylight Saving Time will begin, reported the State Office for Metrology.
Daylight Saving Time in 2018 starts on March 25 at two o’clock, with the time at two o’clock being counted as three o’clock due to the one-hour advance.

With the start of Daylight Saving Time, the obligation to turn on vehicle lights during the day ceases, except for moped and motorcycle riders who must ride with their daytime lights on throughout the year.
With the transition to daylight time, there are also changes in electricity billing, as electricity consumed from 8 AM to 10 PM is billed at a higher rate, while from 10 PM to 8 AM it is billed at a lower rate.
