Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Martina Dalić stated on Thursday that she believes Agrokor’s creditors and other participants in the extraordinary administration process will reach an agreement and conclude a settlement.
– I believe and expect that all participants in the process, based on the objective circumstances that show that Agrokor’s total debts are significantly greater than its assets and taking into account their position in the entire process, will be able to reach a rational agreement and thereby ensure the settlement itself, said Dalić, who participated in the celebration of World Consumer Rights Day and the signing of the Cooperation Agreement on the financing of the Consumer Protection Advisory Service.

When asked if everything is going according to plan and what her expectations are for the further course of the extraordinary administration, Deputy Dalić replied that the process is now in the phase of communication with all creditors in order to achieve a settlement within the deadlines prescribed by law.
– What the extraordinary administration is currently focused on is reaching an agreement on the essence and terms of the settlement, said Dalić.
