Henkel Croatia has once again confirmed its commitment to excellence in human resource management by being awarded the Employer Partner Certificate for the sixth time. The recognition was presented to Sandra Kroflin, Human Resources Specialist in the Adria region, by Aleksandar Zemunić, a member of the Management Board of SELECTIO, which grants the Certificate.
The company achieved the best results in the area of recruitment and selection, thanks to good practices such as quality management and oversight of the recruitment and selection process, the use of various recruitment channels, and the protection of data collected in the aforementioned process.
