The extraordinary administration of Agrokor has reached an agreement with Sberbank, one of its largest creditors, N1 unofficially learns from sources close to the management.
They also state that next week, after receiving official approval from Moscow, a contract will be signed between the extraordinary administration of Agrokor and the Russian bank.

According to the agreement, the Russians would withdraw all lawsuits against the troubled conglomerate in Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia, while they cannot file them in Croatia due to lex Agrokor.
Additionally, N1 reported on Friday that an agreement has also been reached between suppliers and creditors regarding the border debt, specifically the debts incurred during the period from April 10 of last year until the beginning of the application of lex Agrokor.

Ante Ramljak’s successor in the position of extraordinary commissioner for Agrokor, Fabris Peruško, immediately upon taking office emphasized that he continues negotiations with the Russian bank, which, in exchange for withdrawing lawsuits, would have its disputed claims recognized.
His deputy, Irena Weber, announced on Tuesday that suppliers will be paid around 490 million euros by the end of this month, including 35 million in border debt.
