According to CNBC, Gates also emphasizes that it is difficult to predict when a new recession might occur, but it is inevitable.

Although millions of Americans lost their jobs ten years ago and the U.S. economy is still recovering from the crisis, he believes that the United States has somewhat successfully weathered the recession and that better days are ahead for its citizens.
