Croatian online store MALL.HR opens a new pickup location for ordered goods

MALL.HR is part of one of the largest groups in the field of online sales in Central and Eastern Europe and has opened a second pickup center at Zagrebačka cesta 164 in the west of Zagreb. They have been operating in the Croatian market for over two years, are winners of the Shopper’s Mind Committee Award for the fastest-growing online store, and have seen a constant increase in the number of orders and revenue. With the opening of the new center, they have increased the number of employees and plan further expansions of branches and the assortment, which currently includes over 60,000 items.

The first pickup center is located within the company’s headquarters at Ulica kneza Branimira 28 in Zagreb. Both pickup locations are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and customers can also choose home delivery through partner delivery services. Every day, hundreds of packages leave MALL.HR’s warehouse for customers, and most orders find their way to satisfied customers within the next three working days.

We have further processes of expanding and improving our assortment and sales ahead of us. Online shopping in Croatia, as well as globally, is in constant growth, and we want to offer customers the best service and security at the best prices, said Lea Benedejčič, director of MALL.HR for Croatia during the opening of the pickup center.

Customer satisfaction and security during online shopping are MALL.HR’s top priorities, and for this reason, they hold three certificates for security and trust – the National Certified Shop mark and the European trust mark EMOTA. They were among the first to meet strict criteria to obtain the Safe.Shop certificate, a global ecommerce trust mark that helps customers and merchants buy and sell with confidence, both at home and abroad.
