The new extraordinary commissioner for Agrokor, Fabris Peruško, stated on Wednesday that his priority is to achieve a settlement, while the outgoing commissioner, Ante Ramljak, said he is leaving without bitterness and wished success to his successor.
The Commercial Court in Zagreb today revoked Ramljak from the position of extraordinary commissioner in Agrokor d.d. at the proposal of the Government and appointed Peruško as the new extraordinary commissioner, with Irena Weber as his deputy.

“The settlement is number one,” Peruško told reporters before entering the Agrokor headquarters in Žitnjak today, where the handover between him and the outgoing commissioner took place.
Peruško announced that in the next few days he will hold meetings with all participants in the process and reiterated that achieving a settlement is a priority. “In the next three days, we will hold meetings with the participants in the process and all groups of creditors,” said Peruško, who entered the Agrokor headquarters with deputy commissioner Irena Weber.
Ramljak confirmed to reporters in the afternoon that the handover between him and the new extraordinary commissioner had taken place.

“We went through all the documentation that has been prepared so far and what is ahead in the next few days,” Ramljak said after the handover.
When asked how he feels, he replied: “Maybe even somewhat relieved from everything.”
“When I came 11 months ago, on April 10, I found six kuna in the account. As of today, there is 1.6 billion kuna in the account. I wish Fabris and Irena all the luck, I believe they will do well until the end,” he said.
In response to a journalist’s question about what was decisive for his resignation, he replied: “You have to ask someone else.”
Ramljak announced that he will think about what he will do now. “I have to think about what I will do now. I have no plans or ideas,” he said.

He also stated that he has no bitterness.
“I think this process and the whole situation around Agrokor is really a great transformation and a big change in society. You know that it was not easy for politicians or for me to endure. We knew we would have problems, and if my sacrifice is needed to carry this through to the end, I accepted that sacrifice and truly want us to succeed,” he said.
Ramljak does not consider himself sacrificed, and he says he had no illusion that the process would go smoothly. “You all know what Agrokor represented in society, what Ivica Todorić represented in society, how omnipotent he was. It is normal that we knew we would have problems, and I really want this to succeed to the end. I think that is best for everyone,” he said.
When asked if he expects any investigation from DORH against him, Ramljak replied that this is a question for DORH.
“I am here. I have absolutely no problems with that. I will stay in Zagreb, I will not go anywhere, everyone knows where my address is,” Ramljak said.
