In 2017, Kraš Group achieved a net profit of 30.45 million kuna, which is an increase of 4.8 million kuna or nearly 19 percent compared to the previous year, according to the unaudited consolidated financial report published on Tuesday.
Total revenues amounted to 1.04 billion kuna, which is one percent higher than in 2016.

At the same time, consolidated total expenses were 996.5 million kuna, or 0.4 percent higher.
The gross profit of the confectionery industry reached 375.2 million kuna, with a gross margin of 36.65 percent, which is 1.1 percentage points higher than in 2016.
As stated in the report, in line with the policy of continuous export strengthening, Kraš opened three new export markets last year – Turkey, Kuwait, and Ireland.

In most existing export markets, growth was achieved compared to 2016, particularly in the markets of the USA, Australia, Palestine, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Kosovo. Meanwhile, revenues from sales in foreign markets reached 464.2 million kuna, accounting for 47.1 percent of total sales.
