President of the Croatian Chamber of Economy Luka Burilović assessed on Tuesday that the selection of people who know the system can ensure the continuation of the restructuring of Agrokor.

– It is important that the new team is aware of the importance of its role as well as Lex Agrokor, whose purpose is to preserve the Croatian economy and prevent systemic risk. By selecting people who know the system, the uninterrupted continuation of the restructuring dynamics can be ensured, says Burilović’s statement after the Government proposed Fabriso Peruško as the new extraordinary commissioner for Agrokor, and Irena Weber as his deputy.
– The new commissioner must certainly go more clearly and decisively towards resolving this key issue. Suppliers have no time for delays, emphasizes Burilović.

The Government proposed Fabriso Peruško, a member of the Tisak management, as the new extraordinary commissioner for Agrokor at the Zagreb Commercial Court, and Irena Weber, currently an advisor to the extraordinary administration for the asset portfolio in Agrokor, as his deputy.
