Several domestic portals reported on Tuesday evening that Ante Ramljak, according to unofficial information, has submitted his resignation as the extraordinary commissioner for Agrokor and that discussions are ongoing in the Banski dvori.

Večernji list thus, citing unofficial sources, writes that discussions have been ongoing all evening in the Government between Prime Minister Andrej Plenković and his closest team with representatives of Agrokor’s creditors and Ante Ramljak. Ramljak, they state, decided to offer his resignation due to constant attacks and pressures, to which the representatives of the creditors allegedly opposed.
N1 mentions three possible scenarios; one includes the departure of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Martina Dalić and Ante Ramljak, the second assumes Ramljak’s departure, while according to the third scenario, no one leaves, but Ramljak receives additional associates.

“You will find out everything tomorrow,” stated Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Martina Dalić to reporters in front of the Banski dvori around 21:50.
Ramljak, on the other hand, left the Banski dvori around 21:20, through the back door. According to unofficial information, a formal decision regarding his resignation is expected tomorrow.
The extraordinary commissioner, it is reported, decided to offer his resignation due to constant attacks and pressures, to which the representatives of the creditors allegedly opposed.

From sources close to Prime Minister Plenković, N1 learns that the Prime Minister is intensely focused on resolving the situation regarding Agrokor and is communicating with coalition partners about several possible scenarios.
One scenario, according to them, includes the departure of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Martina Dalić and Ante Ramljak, the second assumes Ramljak’s departure, while according to the third scenario, no one leaves, but Ramljak receives additional associates.
The current situation in Agrokor was also commented on Monday by Gordan Jandroković, the party’s secretary general and Speaker of the Parliament.

“If there were any omissions, if someone did something they shouldn’t have, they will have to answer for it. We, as HDZ, who invested significant political capital to save Agrokor, in order to save the Croatian economy, cannot suffer political damage because some individuals thought they could have something for themselves here,” he said.
