Philip Morris Zagreb once again winner of the Employer Partner Certificate

The company Philip Morris Zagreb, d.o.o. (PMZ) is the winner of the Employer Partner Certificate for the third consecutive time.

– We are particularly pleased with this recognition as the company on a global level, as well as the Croatian branch, is undergoing a very demanding and dynamic transformation towards achieving a new vision, which is – a future without cigarette smoke. I believe that the employees of Philip Morris Zagreb are one of the foundations of our success so far, and their knowledge, skills, approach, and passion are not only indescribably inspiring but also instill confidence in the success of our vision for the future. It is nice to see that human resource management, which has always been an integral part of our success, is recognized ‘from the outside’ through the high results we achieved in the Employer Partner analysis – a total of 93%, said Anita Letica, President of the Management Board of PMZ.

– We consider the Employer Partner Certificate as confirmation of the success of our continuous human resource management processes. At this moment, the company is emphasizing the implementation of a new way of working that includes project organization instead of the standard hierarchical structure. Together, we are creating a new organizational culture and making daily progress by applying new skills, ways of thinking, and leadership. We are aware that this is precisely what is needed to achieve the vision of a future without cigarette smoke. As demonstrated during the certification process, the HR strategy, which includes managing organizational culture, is key to transforming the business model and creating a culture for the future, and in this area, we maintain a high standard (98%). PMZ is always looking for new people who are willing to learn, develop, and look forward, thus contributing to the company’s development by achieving professional and personal goals, said Marin Mlinarić, Director of the Human Resources and Organizational Culture Department for Croatia and Slovenia.
