Ivica Todorić on Thursday issued a new post on his website titled ‘Fair Settlement for All’, in which he analyzes, as he states, the incompetence of the extraordinary administration of Agrokor, with the message “stay away from the job you do not know, enough of your damage!”.
– I have written several times in my blogs about the painfully visible incompetence of the extraordinary administration in managing Agrokor. I predicted a 20 percent drop in revenue for the Agrokor group in 2017 without Mercator, and today, unfortunately, we are witnessing a result that will mean about 5-6 billion kuna less revenue in 2017 compared to 2016. Such results are the product of the anarchic management of the extraordinary administration and complete ignorance of how to run companies and the industry in which they operate. In fact, it is obvious that these people are completely incompetent for the job they have taken on, writes Todorić in his blog on Thursday.

The blog was published ahead of the meeting of the parliamentary Economic Committee, which includes the extraordinary commissioner for Agrokor Ante Ramljak and Deputy Prime Minister Martina Dalić, to respond to questions from Committee members regarding the extraordinary administration’s report.
Todorić: Ramljak’s administration is leading Agrokor to bankruptcy
It is already clear to everyone that the extraordinary administration does not have the knowledge to reach a settlement even in another two years, writes Todorić.
Continuing in the blog that it is even “more scandalous, as Konzum in January this year has a new 15 percent drop in sales”, Todorić also assesses that the reports from the extraordinary administration show that the summarized sustainability plan for Agrokor has no solutions, and that all actions and indicators of Ramljak’s administration lead Agrokor to bankruptcy.
– Today we have a compromised process of the extraordinary administration of Agrokor, which is unconstitutional, illegal, full of abuses, fraud, and imposition from a position of power. On the other hand, what the extraordinary administration offers us as a legal and financial form of settlement is deception and lies, and such solutions can unfortunately only drive Agrokor into bankruptcy, Todorić warns.

He considers it a lie, as he writes, that if the extraordinary administration fails to implement the settlement, Agrokor will end up in bankruptcy, believing quite the opposite – that if the proposed settlement is implemented, everything will go into bankruptcy.
As the only possibility for protecting the company, Todorić considers the urgent dismissal of the company’s leadership and the gathering of a new team.
– It is incredible that while writing this blog I received information that Ramljak will ask the court for an extension of the deadline for reaching a settlement, but it is already clear to everyone that they do not have the knowledge to reach a settlement even in another two years. However, any extension of the duration of the unconstitutional lex is excellent for the team of Minister Dalić, Ramljak, and their partners. Thus, they will be able to fill their pockets for another three months, writes Todorić, urging everyone to “stay away and that there are teams in Croatia that can do this job while respecting the Constitution and legal regulations in the interest of creditors, employees, owners, the state, and all stakeholders.”
