Boris Zadro remains the president of the Management Board of Kreditna banka Zagreb, according to a statement from the HNB. The Supervisory Board’s decision of KBZ was agreed upon yesterday by the HNB Council, and in addition to this, it was also accepted that the current Management Board member Nataša Jakić Felić will also be granted a new mandate.
The HNB Council also agreed with the decision of the Supervisory Board of Primorska banka Rijeka that Mario Pilat will become the president of the management board of that bank.
