Attention, we are giving valuable coaching scholarships to Lider subscribers

Cognita and the business weekly Lider are awarding three subscribers scholarships for the ‘Be a Coach’ program amounting to 50%, 30%, and 20% of the program price. The scholarships will be awarded to three existing or new subscribers of Lider who send the best motivational letters and resumes.

The certification program for the coaching profession ‘Be a Coach’ lasts eight months and starts on April 6, 2018, with workshops held on Fridays and Saturdays. You can attend the introductory workshop on March 13.

Eighth Generation

This year, the eighth generation of participants is enrolling. Certified leaders and coaches Renata Takač Pejnović and Dragan Knežević, with years of experience and their practice, developed this program based on the curriculum of the postgraduate study at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and international schools and training for coaching.

The ‘Be a Coach’ program provides a solid foundation for independent or internal coaching professions, using coaching as a skill or for personal development. Based on educational experiences and quality programs mastered and then transferred by the program trainers, it is focused on the Croatian environment and influenced by experiences in coaching practice in Croatia. The program also acknowledges the reality of coaching as a practice that is continuously and rapidly evolving, educating participants about many different methods that will later become the foundation of their coaching practice and quality.

Additionally, participants will begin applying practical coaching almost from day one, absorbing experience from both sides of the coaching process: as coaches and as its users. This practice is conducted under the supervision of program leaders who guide the mutual coaching of participants.

Rich Experience

The expertise and experience of the leaders, the wealth of methods, practice in coaching, numerous tasks, and provided literature (in Croatian and English) offer participants a rich educational experience in coaching and a basis for starting their own practice.

Applications for the Cognita and Lider scholarship with a motivational letter in which the candidate describes why they want to enroll in the program and why they should be awarded the scholarship, along with a CV, must be sent by March 13, 2018, with name and surname and contact details, to the email address [email protected].

Applications for the scholarships will be reviewed and evaluated by a jury including Renata Takač Pejnović and Dragan Knežević, who will also conduct interviews with the candidates. The names of the winners will be published in Lider’s printed edition and on the portal on March 20.

All Lider subscribers for the ‘Be a Coach’ program can take advantage of a 10% discount from regular subscriber benefits (the discount does not apply to the scholarship).
