The Leadership Program SIRIUS has commenced, organized by the business weekly Lider and the consulting company Studio5, which will take place until March 24, 2018, at HUB385 in Petračićeva Street in Zagreb. The program provides participants, future managers or those who are already at the middle management level, with both a theoretical framework and practical application.
The program consists of 10 modules with a total duration of 100 hours, each lasting two days. The modules are based on interaction with participants and consist of theoretical and practical parts/workshops led by renowned experts in their field with many years of managerial experience.
Upon completion of the Leadership Program SIRIUS, participants acquire competencies and become ‘people-oriented‘ managers who connect strategy and operations, develop themselves and their teams, possess skills and abilities to get the best from their team, and have improved communication.
Irena Jolić Šimović, director and owner of Studio 5, introduced the entire program to the participants.
– The SIRIUS educational Leadership program is intended for middle management and is based on a practical and dynamic learning method. We want to transfer practical experiences of managerial knowledge and insights to our environment. We follow the direction of global profession and expertise with the aim of initiating change and spreading good vibes. “It can be done” – is our credo, explained Irena Jolić Šimović.
The editor-in-chief of the business weekly Lider, Miodrag Šajatović, also addressed the participants at the program’s opening.
– We have organized seminars on corporate governance twice and we are very happy that we have now moved forward and launched the Leadership program for middle management with Studio 5. There are many seminars for training personnel on the market, however, it has been shown that the niche for middle management is unfilled. Together, we have designed the program and successfully gathered the first generation whose reactions are excellent. We have an excellent team of lecturers, and the seminar will function on the principles of business schools, and I believe that the first generation will be satisfied, said Šajatović.
