Nobilo on ‘Agrokor Process’: Everything is Becoming Terribly Boring, Always the Same Story

Attorney Anto Nobilo believes that there is now a classic modus operandi when it comes to high-profit processes like the current Agrokor action, reports Novi List.

>>>The prosecution requested investigative detention for all 15 suspects in the Agrokor affair

– Everything is becoming terribly boring and terribly transparent, as if someone has written a protocol for handling large cases. Things are happening not to benefit the criminal proceedings, but solely to achieve a media or public effect. Always, and even in this case, you have police officers guarding the buildings and apartments of those who will be arrested 48 hours before the arrest. Then you have police officers who come with journalists at six in the morning and it gets filmed. Then there is reporting every hour. Suspects are filmed when they are taken out of the house, they are filmed when they are brought before the judge, and finally in front of Remetinec. It is always like this and everything has become absurd. Especially when it is obvious in this case, which is different from classic crime cases, because all the evidence is found in financial documents, says Nobilo.
