The company achieved the best results in the areas of Strategy and Employee Relations, thanks to the positioning of the human resource management function within the organization, its strategic role, and active management of organizational culture, as well as numerous internal communication channels, consideration of employee suggestions, and benefits offered to permanent and temporary employees. Ivan Bartulović, Chief Human Resources and Corporate Communications Officer at Vipnet, received the Employer Partner Certificate from Aleksandar Zemunić, a member of the Management Board of SELECTIO.
