Ante Todorić, who is suspected in the Agrokor case along with his father, brother, and others, has not yet received a call from the police or the State Attorney’s Office, said his attorney Rajko Čogurić, adding that his client is not on the run and will respond to the prosecutor’s call.
“As soon as he receives the call, he will set off on his journey,” Čogurić told reporters in front of the County State Attorney’s Office, where questioning of the suspects arrested yesterday has been ongoing since this morning. He also added that the police are aware of his client’s London address.

Čogurić stated that he will contact the State Attorney’s Office during the day and “offer a solution for the summons.” “Yesterday we did not receive any call, so today we will be more aggressive and offer our solution,” said Čogurić.
When asked if he has any idea when that might be, he said he does not know. “We will see when the state authorities respond for him to appear; he will appear,” said Čogurić.
After the questioning of Damir Kuštrak, Piruška Canjuga, and Mislav Galić, Ljerka Puljić, Alojzije Pandžić, and Tomislav Lučić were brought in for questioning at the prosecutor’s office.
