The Municipal Court in Kiseljak has made decisions granting enforcement of shares of Sarajevski Kiseljak to Sberbank in Ljubljana and Zagreb, which are owned by Jamnica, announced Jamnica on Monday, stating that they will take legal action to contest these decisions.
As Jamnica announced via the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the Municipal Court in Kiseljak issued two enforcement decisions on October 9 based on a credible document – a promissory note, in enforcement proceedings initiated by Sberbank from Zagreb and Sberbank from Ljubljana against Jamnica. In both disputes, the value of the subject matter is 67.4 million convertible marks (approximately 260 million kuna).
