At a ceremonial award in Zagreb, Procter & Gamble was awarded the prestigious recognition, the Employer Partner Certificate for excellence in human resource management. Despite the high certification standards, Procter & Gamble Croatia achieved exceptional success, scoring 92% of the total points.
Namely, the company SELECTIO, which awards the Certificate, in collaboration with a network of 40 top HR experts, accredited certifiers for the application of the Employer Partner methodology, has raised the bar for Certificate winners even higher over the past year.

In each of the 45 assessed employee management processes within five areas: Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Employee Relations, organizations now have the opportunity to demonstrate that they have taken a step further.
According to the new standards, it is now also assessed how the organization manages organizational climate, how it identifies and develops talent, what additional forms of rewards and employee care programs it offers, and how it manages temporary workforce and what it offers to seconded employees, seasonal workers, and students.
HR processes within P&G Croatia are designed in accordance with global trends and reflect a strong focus on employees and their satisfaction. The company achieved the best results in the areas of Performance Management and Training and Development, thanks to its commitment to managing the performance of employees at all levels, a large number of different educational programs and training, and investment in employee development.
Lana Zanne Latos, a member of the Management Board of P&G Croatia and General Director for Croatia and Slovenia, received the Employer Partner Certificate from Aleksandar Zemunić, a member of the Management Board of SELECTIO, which awards the Certificate.
