Hanfa warns about the activities of Certus Regimen

The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) warns the public that Certus Regimen d.o.o. does not have its approval to provide investment services or to mediate in trading financial instruments on behalf of clients, nor to offer investment services of other investment firms in the Republic of Croatia.

Based on its supervisory activities, Hanfa has determined that Certus Regimen d.o.o. states on its website http://www.certusregimen.com/ that it is, among other things, specialized in “trading financial instruments” (FX, CFD, options, derivative instruments), from which it follows that potential clients are offered mediation in trading them.

The company’s website also states that it has access to all exchanges, currency markets, and derivatives and has been trading them for many years.

However, Hanfa emphasizes that Certus Regimen d.o.o. does not have Hanfa’s approval to provide investment services or, in this case, mediation services in trading financial instruments on behalf of clients, nor to offer investment services of other investment firms in Croatia.
