Extraordinary Administration to Announce Audit Results for Key Agrokor Companies Tomorrow

The Extraordinary Administration of Agrokor will present the most important findings of the audited financial statements for key individual companies within the Agrokor group at a press conference on Thursday afternoon, while the report for Agrokor d.d. and the consolidated financial report of the Agrokor group will be publicly announced on Monday, it was confirmed on Wednesday from Agrokor.

Agrokor has announced a press conference for Thursday at 3 PM, where the Extraordinary Administration will present the most important findings of the audited financial statements for key individual companies within the Agrokor group, excluding Agrokor d.d.

The audited financial report of Agrokor d.d., as well as the audited consolidated financial report of the Agrokor group, will be presented to the Temporary Creditor Council on Monday at 12 PM, after which they will also be publicly announced, Agrokor announced.

Meanwhile, meetings of the supervisory boards of some companies within Agrokor that are listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange were held yesterday and today, during which the annual financial statements for the previous year were considered. Thus, Vupik and PIK Vinkovci announced today via the Stock Exchange that the supervisory boards of these companies adopted the annual financial statements for 2016 at yesterday’s meetings.

The release of the audited financial statements of Agrokor and the companies within the group was expected last Friday, but the group announced the day before, on Thursday, that neither the group nor PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) had completed the complex task of preparing and auditing the consolidated financial statements of the group and announced the release by the end of this week.
