>>> Todorić’s island under enforcement, Smokvica returns to the state
The enforcement was carried out by Grozdana Juričev Šprljan as a court enforcement officer from the Municipal Court in Šibenik.
– At this moment, the barracks Smokvica near Rogoznica with all accompanying facilities covering an area of 168,865 square meters has been handed over to the Republic of Croatia, and thus, with today’s actions, the enforcement has been carried out, and the completion of the enforcement will be communicated to the parties in writing. We found all the facilities listed in the report that is an annex to this case on the island. The main facilities are very beautiful and well-preserved, and not many movable items were found inside, only furniture that has been listed and will be left to the enforcer for safekeeping. The enforcer will be invited within 30 days to contact the enforcer and take over the listed movable items, and if they do not take them, the court will have to conduct an auction ex officio, said Juričev Šprljan. She added that the auxiliary facilities are in quite a dilapidated state and that they probably have not been used.
