‘Ask The Right Question’: Internship for New Trainees at Atlantic Group Starts in October

Atlantic Group, one of the leading food companies in the region, has cast a line to ‘future big fish’ by launching an internship competition for graduates who wish to participate in the Atlantic Graduate Trainee (AGT) program. During this one-year internship program, which begins in October, participants will go through numerous departments of the company and, under mentorship, start swimming in the real business waters exploring the areas of business that interest them the most, whether it be sales, marketing, production, research and development, human resources, logistics, or finance.

The program is conducted in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, and Macedonia, and Atlantic Group states that alongside getting to know the functioning of a large company at all its levels, one of the key advantages of the program is creating a rich network of business contacts during the internship. A novelty in this year’s program was the selection of candidates under the title ‘Ask The Right Question’, in which candidates were expected to ask interesting and intriguing questions to any employee from any department of the company – from the production line to the Board of Directors.

– True leaders, managers, and innovators are capable of asking tough, critical questions and thus bringing out the best from their colleagues in finding solutions. With this competition, we wanted to catch just such fish in our network – said representatives from Atlantic Group. The competition was open until September 20.
