HEP-Toplinarstvo will start the heating for approximately 126 thousand end customers in Zagreb, Osijek, Sisak, Velika Gorica, Samobor, and Zaprešić on Wednesday.
Heating will first be activated in kindergartens, schools, health centers, and homes for the elderly and disabled, followed by residential and commercial buildings where all internal installation works have been completed and are ready to receive thermal energy.

HEP-Toplinarstvo has urged end customers who are still carrying out works on internal installations in their residential and commercial spaces to complete them as soon as possible.
It has called on representatives of co-owners to submit a written statement regarding the completion of works and the correctness of internal heating installations so that heating can be activated in all buildings.
The heating season 2017/2018 will end no later than May 15 of next year, depending on weather conditions, HEP-Toplinarstvo announced. This year’s heating season starts two weeks earlier than last year.
