Following media reports about the invitation from Atlantic Grupa and Adris to Croatian companies to join them in a joint consortium that would take over parts of Agrokor’s business, particularly Ledo and Jamnica, in order to remain predominantly in domestic ownership, Atlantic Grupa has denied such claims.
“Atlantic Grupa is not undertaking any activities related to the formation of a consortium for the purchase of parts of the Agrokor system. As a listed company, we would first inform the Zagreb Stock Exchange about such intentions, and we cannot interpret other media reports.”

On the other hand, Adris from Rovinj has expressed readiness to establish a consortium if conditions are created for it.
“Adris does not comment on media reports. However, if conditions are created for it, Adris is ready to seek a comprehensive solution for Agrokor together with successful Croatian companies, especially since these are companies with business credibility and investment potential. We are convinced that this would be beneficial not only for those companies but also for the Croatian economy as a whole.”
The creation of such a consortium has been supported by Agrokor, and the Minister of Economy Martina Dalić has also given her approval.
