Today, 29 contracts for the sale of apartments owned by the Republic of Croatia were signed at the Ministry of State Property, with a total value of six million kuna, it was announced on Thursday by the Ministry.

The contracts were concluded based on the government decision to sell apartments owned by the Republic of Croatia.
The contracts with users, with protected tenants, were signed by the Minister of State Property, Goran Marić.
The Ministry of State Property will continue the practice of activating its assets through leasing or sale, as announced in the statement.
