The company Tau on-line, which manages the MojPosao portal, has acquired a 30 percent stake in the ownership structure of the leading employment company in Macedonia, Varbotuvanje Online, MojPosao announced on Thursday.
The Macedonian portal Vrabotuvanje.com.mk was established in 2003 and currently records nearly 370,000 visitors weekly and employs 11 staff in Skopje. The partnership will enable the Macedonian portal to continue its development and strengthen its role as a market leader, with expected revenues for this year amounting to nearly 200,000 euros, MojPosao emphasizes.
“Both parties agree that the value of the transaction will not be disclosed,” notes the company based in Zagreb.

As stated by the CEO of Tau on-line, Igor Žonja, MojPosao has been successfully promoting its projects and services in foreign markets for some time, and has recognized an opportunity for business expansion in its Macedonian partner.
“Given the significant experience in job advertising and the development of recruitment services, together we continue to raise the quality of service to clients and users, both in Macedonia and Croatia,” Žonja stated.

The company Tau on-line employs more than sixty people and represents one of the fastest-growing companies in Croatia and is part of the Alma Career group from Finland, the statement concludes.
