The property of the Šibenik textile company Revija will be offered for the sixteenth time at a public auction, with a starting price of 10.3 million kuna, as decided by the competent court.
The hearing for the sixteenth sale will be held on December 7, 2017.
“On the block” is land with an area of 26,393 square meters in Bilice, which includes an administrative building, production facility, warehouse, and a porter’s lodge.

Revija’s movable property, which consists of professional sewing machines and small inventory, is also for sale, with a starting price of 289,542 kuna.
All legal and natural persons, as well as foreign entities in accordance with legal conditions, who have previously paid a deposit of five percent of the starting price for the real estate and for the movable property they are competing for, can participate in the auction.

The bankruptcy trustee of Revija, Ivan Rude, previously proposed that the price of the property be reduced by 30 percent, but his proposal was not accepted, so the property is now being sold as a whole at a starting price of 10.3 million kuna.
The bankruptcy of Revija was opened on March 19, 2001, and the court decided at the end of 2009 to sell the property.
