Long-term planning of human potential is an integral part of business strategy and strategic employee management, and due to strong competition and almost daily changes, companies must treat people as their most important resource.
HR Academy organized by the Mirakul Educational Center is designed to encourage a systematic approach to human potential management in a processual and practical context and to promote the use of the best Croatian, as well as global HR practices. This year, the Mirakul Educational Center is enrolling the ninth generation of participants in the HR Academy, which will commence lectures on September 22.
