The Agency for Payments in Agriculture signed 44 contracts with suppliers on Tuesday for public water supply, drainage, and wastewater treatment systems worth a total of 164 million kuna, the Agency announced.
The Agency has completed the processing of all projects submitted for the call for operation 7.2.1. “Investments in the Construction of Public Water Supply, Drainage, and Wastewater Treatment Systems,” whose users are public suppliers of water services for public water supply or public drainage.
A total of 74 projects have been approved with a total value of 300 million kuna, and the support amounts to up to 100 percent of the total eligible costs. The highest amount of public support is 1 million euros, the announcement states.
Contracts worth 64.8 million kuna were signed last month with 12 users from Istria County, and on Wednesday, the remaining 18 contracts with users from four Dalmatian counties worth 71.3 million kuna are to be signed in Split.
After signing the contracts, the user can start collecting offers, and upon the issuance of the decision on the allocation of funds, they can request an advance of up to 50 percent of the approved public support funds, the Agency states.
