Mirakul Educational Center has launched a new management program ‘Mini MBA – Management skills’ that allows participants to gain a broader and integrated view of all managerial skills through which they will be able to effectively plan, organize, present, and lead their team and organization. The program covers a unique combination of essential tools and techniques that will enable participants to understand finance and budgeting and develop their analytical skills, as well as interpersonal skills. Special attention will be paid to techniques of managerial self-presentation within the organization and towards stakeholders, and an important segment of influence is also managerial body language.

By attending the three-day program ‘Mini MBA – Management skills’, participants will adopt techniques that will help them grow as managers and develop their careers. Participants will expand their overall managerial perspective, improve their understanding of finance and budgeting, define their self-presentation style, manage time and goals, and learn to better delegate tasks, optimally manage stress and conflicts, and numerous other managerial techniques.
