This marks the end of the breeding program for these marine animals at the popular SeaWorld water park.
The American theme park announced in March last year that it plans to end the breeding of killer whales and replace the show in the park with “new, inspiring encounters with orcas in the wild.”
Animal rights advocates have clashed with management for years, demanding an end to the display of captive animals at attractions that drew millions of tourists.
