The Parliamentary Mandate and Immunity Commission on Thursday granted the request of the DORH for the additional stripping of immunity from the former head of cabinet in the SDP government, representative Tomislav Saucha.
After it was communicated from the ranks of the SDP that they have “reduced trust” in the work of the State Attorney’s Office and are seeking a change in the practice of deciding on the stripping of immunity.
USKOK has gathered evidence based on which the charges against Saucha in the Daily Allowances affair have been further strengthened, and the investigation has been expanded to include his secretary Sandra Zeljko.
