The Tax Administration (PU) announced on Thursday that, in cooperation with the Customs Administration, it will conduct increased oversight of the fiscalization of taxpayers engaged in trade and the preparation and serving of food and beverages next weekend.
As part of regular supervisory activities, authorized officials from the Ministry of Finance – Tax Administration, in cooperation with the Customs Administration, will conduct increased fiscalization oversight from December 3 to 5 this year, specifically for taxpayers engaged in trade activities (occasional sales in enclosed spaces and outdoors) and the preparation and serving of food and beverages (outdoors, fairs, markets, etc.), as stated in the announcement.
Authorized officials from the Tax Administration will independently, but also in cooperation with other supervisory services, carry out oversight of the application of the provisions of the Law on Fiscalization in Cash Transactions and oversight of the timeliness of tax and contribution payments throughout 2016 through organized joint actions. The PU calls on citizens, legal and natural persons engaged in activities to report any irregularities they encounter via the free phone number 0800-1001 and the web service “Write to Us” or by visiting the local Tax Administration office.
