The Commission for the Decision on Conflict of Interest published on its website on Friday the asset card of Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, which states that he personally owns an apartment in Zagreb measuring 187.31 square meters, valued at 2.6 million kuna, and regarding another property, although it does not specify which, it states that it is 5.63 square meters in Zagreb worth 20,000 kuna.
Media reports indicate that Plenković stated in the asset card that he acquired the properties through purchase from income from non-independent work and the sale of assets. Additionally, he owns a 2011 VW Passat car valued at 100,000 kuna. The Croatian Prime Minister has savings of 130,000 euros, owns 69 shares of Hrvatski Telekom priced at 100 kuna per share, and unlike many compatriots – has no loans.
Andrej Plenković has a salary of 13,512 kuna, which is the data from when he was a member of parliament. Although he stated in the asset card that he held the position of MEP, he failed to mention the amount he received. However, he notes that he serves as the head of HDZ on a voluntary basis.
He states that his wife is employed in the Croatian Parliament, and her annual net salary is slightly above 120,000 kuna.
