The fair for equipment for tourism activities, hotels, apartments, restaurants, and caterers, HoReCa Adria, with 74 exhibitors from Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, and Serbia, was opened on Thursday in the Marino Cvetković sports hall in Opatija.
The three-day fair is intended for entrepreneurs in tourism, to familiarize themselves in a timely manner with the latest trends in the field of equipment for tourism activities and to better prepare for the new tourist season.
Exhibitors present new lines of products for catering, such as newly designed glasses, new dishwashing technology, minibars with consumption meters, new lines of ice machines and steam-convection ovens, as well as the latest lines of porcelain.
During the fair, several lectures will be held on current topics for tourism professionals – on online marketing and advertising, online payment for private renters, improving communication with guests, software solutions, financing for season preparation, and tax reform.
The HoReCa Adria fair is organized by the magazine Turizam info, with the support of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the City of Opatija, and the Opatija Tourist Board.
