Who sold and who bought the stake in Podravka is a question to which no one has officially answered in business circles yet. However, unofficially, the story goes that the Norwegian fund Skagen has sold its stake, but this will be officially known in two days when the transaction is executed at the Central Clearing Depository (SKDD).
What is known is that the Norwegians hold 7.64 percent of the shares in Podravka and that they are the sixth largest individual shareholder of the Koprivnica company. Why this fund is withdrawing from Podravka is not known, but there is no doubt that an answer to that question will be known in a few days.
