As part of the Virtual Career and Knowledge Fair, a Round Table on the topic ‘Necessary Skills for Future Jobs’ will be held on Tuesday, October 25, during which the results of a survey conducted by MojPosao on 300 respondents will also be presented.
The participants of the round table are heads of human resources departments from large companies: Addiko Bank, Kaufland, Hrvatski Telekom, Vipnet, Infobip, with moderator Tanja Prekodravac from SELECTIO.
The participants of the round table will answer questions related to the skills that employers require from candidates, specifically what skills and traits are relevant for the future, which are timeless and which are outdated. Additionally, the issue of further education and professional guidance for employees will be raised, as well as how additional education aids in job searching and career development.
