Members of the M&A International Organization Formed the Advisory Firm Oaklins

In the world of global advisory firms in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, a new name has emerged – Oaklins. This advisory firm was formed by the members (now former) of the M&A International organization, whose exclusive member from Croatia is the company Caper. – In the 12 years since Caper’s establishment, we have completed projects worth over five billion kuna. In the last two years since joining the organization, we have significantly improved the volume and quality of service.
